JANESVILLE — Randy Hughes, chair of the board of directors at Rotary Botanical Gardens and a local organic farmer, has been named interim executive director of the Gardens.

Hughes accepted the position following the resignation last week of Becky Kronberg, who had been in the role for seven years.
