For many, the Rock County 4-H Fair is not just for carnival rides and eating treats—it's about family.
The Rock County 4-H Fair is back and with it are the events and happenings children and adults of all ages look forward to.
As the auctioneers rattled off increasing bids at lightning speed Friday morning, 12-year-old Sydney Watson was excited to show off the sheep she raised this year for the Rock County meat animal sale.
